O come, let us worship, for He is our God, and we are the pasture, and the sheep of his hand [Psalms 95:6-7]. Is He, our God? Are we the sheep of His pasture or someone's else pasture? When I think of sheep in the pasture, I think of peace, rest, and serenity.
The holy temple of God was built twice and destroyed. We can only imagine the beauty of the first holy temple of God that King Soloman built. The second temple was built after the Persian exile and had some renovation done by King Herod before the Roman empire destroyed it. Many people wonder about its former glory and its usage by those of the Jewish faith who came yearly for the holy holidays such as the Passover.
Who are the "Trees of Righteousness"? I have never heard about the "trees of righteousness" have you? In this verse it references to those who might be called the "trees of righteousness" who are the planting of the Lord.
